Shipping Policy
- All our products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail.
- Order processing time is 3–7 business days depending on design and customization.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- We ship across India using reliable courier partners.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Refund Policy
- As all products are handmade and often customized, we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The wrong product is delivered, or
- The product is damaged during transit.
- To be eligible for a refund, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed.
Returns
- We do not accept returns due to the handmade and fragile nature of resin products.
- Minor bubbles, texture variations, or color differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Exchange
- Exchange is only applicable if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect item.
- An unboxing video is required and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
