Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to the handmade and fragile nature of resin products.
Minor bubbles, texture variations, or color differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Exchange

Exchange is only applicable if:

- You receive an incorrect item.
An unboxing video is required and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
